IMPORTANT SERVICE USER INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Due to Monkeypox precautions, we are asking everyone to call on 0808 178 0955 us for any sexual health bookings or enquiries. Please DO NOT walk in to any of our clinics without an appointment.

Please DO NOT attend a clinic if you have:
– An unexplained rash on any part of your body
– Fever
– New lump/s in the groin, neck or armpits
Instead, stay at home and call 111.

Smallpox vaccines for Monkeypox – There is currently a national stock shortage of the vaccine, it is expected that the next vaccines will be arriving towards the end of September, availability will be updated on the website. If you are at high risk of Monkeypox and would like a vaccine please keep an eye on the website for information, and when it is available please ring your local sexual health clinic to book an appointment. If you want to discuss any other sexual health issues, please call your local sexual health clinic and we will arrange an appointment for you.

Appointments: Please arrive 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment time. If you have not arrived by your designated appointment time you may have to be re-booked.
