Who we are
At OpenClinic, we provide free and confidential NHS sexual health services in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
OpenClinic is provided by Inclusion, as part of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).
Your data
We may share your information with other organisations and individuals where it may benefit you and support your healthcare needs, or we are required to do so.
We will also share information as required by law, for example, to comply with a court order.
Patient Data is held in line with the NHS England Records Management Code of Practice Published 2021 (updated August 2023).
