|Tuesday||3:30pm-6:30pm||Walk-in service for under 18s only|
* Due to the limited capacity of our walk-in service, we will guarantee that you will be triaged by a clinician, and an appropriate appointment arranged for the same day or a future date. Our walk-in services will prioritise:
- Patients with STI symptoms
- Young people (aged under 18)
- Emergency contraception
- Post-exposure prophylaxis for HIV (PEP)
Important Service Information
We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call today. Appointments will be booked according to your initial clinical assessment; this means you may not get an appointment on the same day that you call.
A member of staff will advise you on how to access the service you require. This may be through our walk-in service, an online STI testing kit (ages 16+), a telephone appointment, or a booked clinic appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment time. If you have not arrived by your designated appointment time you may have to be re-booked.
Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated
Aggressive, violent and threatening behaviour towards NHS staff or other service users will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving violently towards staff or other service users will be reported to the police.
