Due to Monkeypox precautions, we are asking everyone to call us for any sexual health bookings or enquiries on 0808 178 0955. Please DO NOT walk in to any of our clinics without an appointment.
Please DO NOT attend a clinic if you have:
– An unexplained rash on any part of your body
– New lump/s in the groin, neck or armpits
Instead, stay at home and call 111.
Smallpox vaccines for Monkeypox – There is currently a national stock shortage of the vaccine, it is expected that the next vaccines will be arriving towards the end of September, availability will be updated on the website. If you are at high risk of Monkeypox and would like a vaccine please keep an eye on the website for information, and when it is available please ring your local sexual health clinic to book an appointment. If you want to discuss any other sexual health issues, please call your local sexual health clinic and we will arrange an appointment for you. Read the Smallpox Vaccine Patient Information Leaflet.
Important Service Information
We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call today. Appointments will be booked according to your initial clinical assessment; this means you may not get an appointment on the same day that you call.
A member of staff will then advise you on how to access the service you require. This may be an online STI testing kit, a telephone appointment, or a booked clinic appointment (if you are attending a booked appointment at our service you will be asked to wear a face mask; these can be provided by us when you enter the clinic).
Please attend your appointments at this clinic on your own.
Many GPs in the area can fit/remove coils/implants, so please get in touch with your own GP if you require this service.
Appointments for other services, including GUM (STI testing) and other methods of contraception are still available.
Online STI testing kits
If you’re aged 16+ you can order a free STI testing kit online. Find out more about this on our Online Testing page. If you’re under 16, please call us on one of the numbers above for advice on our services.
