Sexual Health Service Information
For all sexual health queries, call 0808 178 0955
We are receiving a high volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call today. Appointments will be booked according to your initial clinical assessment; this means you may not get an appointment on the same day that you call.
A member of staff will then advise you on how to access the service you require. This may be an online STI testing kit, a telephone appointment, or a booked clinic appointment (if you are attending a booked appointment at our service you will be asked to wear a face mask. These can be provided by us when you enter the clinic).
Please arrive 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment time. If you have not arrived by your designated appointment time you may have to be re-booked.
Online STI Testing Kits
If you’re aged 16+ you can order a free STI testing kit online. Find out more about this on our Online Testing page. If you’re under 16, please call us on one of the numbers above for advice on our services.
